  2. Plans and permits: engineered blueprints and permit expediting when the project needs them, normally 4 to 8 weeks.
  3. Written, itemized estimate and schedule: you know what is included before we start.
  4. Construction: one project manager keeps the job on schedule and keeps you updated.
  5. Final walkthrough: we don’t call it done until you’re happy.

How much does a whole-home renovation cost in Austin?

Every home and scope is different, so we don’t list one price. After a free walkthrough, we give you a written, itemized estimate so you know exactly what is included.

How long does a whole-home renovation take?

It depends on the scope. When plans and permits are needed, they normally take 4 to 8 weeks. We give you a construction schedule with your estimate.

Do you handle plans and permits?

Yes. When a project needs them, we provide engineered blueprints and handle permit expediting, then do the construction.

Can I stay in my home during the renovation?

It depends on how much of the house is being worked on at once. We talk through phasing and what to expect during your estimate.

Do you also build new homes?

Yes. We have built new homes in Austin, including a teardown and rebuild at 500 Capitol Drive with a new home in front and a 3-bedroom, 2-bath modern ADU in the back.
